A: We have a lot of flexibility in our reporting. The standard reports that we provide are cash flow statement, rent roll, income statement, YTD.

A: Through a credit check, employment and income verification, eviction search and a former/current landlord reference.

Q: Do you obtain multiple bids for repair/maintenance work?
A: If our inhouse maintenance department cannot handle the project we will work with a network of independent plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and other skilled tradesmen to obtain bids for the project.

Q: How does the tenant reach you if they need to report a maintenance issue?
A: The tenant can call our 24 hour work order line at 224-208-1400 or can place a work order request through their tenant portal.

Q: Have you ever handled an eviction?
A: Yes, we have handled evictions which includes preparation of documentation, coordination with legal counsel, court appearances and attendance on scheduled date with sheriff.
